Overall Goal:

• Add new jobs to the 757 economy. Specifically, work with companies to create 83,000 new direct and indirect jobs over the next 10 years. This growth rate would double our pre-pandemic pace and place us in the top 15 of metros our size (currently we rank 28 out of 37).

What This Will Take:

• Seamless collaboration between all economic development efforts

• Maximizing new job growth across the continuum of new job creation opportunities (see next page)
