Goal:

  • Deliver strategic business model resiliency education and training to the 1,000 companies and nonprofits who have signed up to be Action Framework Ambassadors.

Actions:

  • Create a three-tiered strategic business model resiliency education and training program for 757 businesses and nonprofits. Content will include best practices from 757 companies and nonprofits who have successfully shifted their business models during COVID-19.

35% of business and nonprofit leaders have reported that COVID-19 has caused them to change their business models.

  • Level 1: Self-help business model assistance that includes a “How to” guide and a webinar educational series
  • Level 2: Business model assistance training seminars conducted by the conveners – Chambers, ODU and other designated private-sector consultancies
  • Level 3: In-person, one-on-one consulting tailored to an organization’s specific resiliency (an appropriate consulting fee will be charged for this customized support) 

Accountability:

  • Track and report the number of companies and nonprofits that participate in each of the three levels.
